Production Times:

If the art-print is in stock at the time of your order, the usual production time is 1-2 weeks.

If the art-print needs to be ordered in from our supplier, delays may be as much as 8 weeks; although 4-6 weeks is more usual. During Christmas stocking and gift fairs, please allow for additional delays due to extra demand.

Freight:

Freight is charged at cost and, unless specified, will be sent with our preferred courier with a delivery time of approximately 2-3 days. Please inspect the packing at the time of delivery and do not sign for goods that have signs of damage. Claims for goods that have been signed for may not be honoured by the courier company. Damage caused during transportation should be reported within 3 days.

Damage/Returns:

Image Vault does not offer sale or return terms. All orders are carried out to your specifications and are therefore on a final sale basis. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Image Vault accepts full responsibility for any faulty product and, providing stock is available, will undertake to replace goods immediately. Please report faulty goods within 1 week of delivery.

Conditions of Sale:

Image Vault reserves the right to stop accounts that breach the terms and conditions outlined in the credit application. In particular, there are certain conditions pertaining to the sale of goods on market stands and mall foyers.
